A big portion of my clientele are desk workers and I've seen how hard it is on the body to be sitting so stagnant all day, doing the same repetitive movements. So I've put together this printable PDF of easy stretches and exercises you can do while sitting at your desk throughout the day to help with back and neck pain/tension.
